2. Advisory Services & Booking Conditions

Our platform coordinates advisory Strategy Sessions to help identify gaps in enterprise AI initiatives.

• Corporate Verification: You must supply authentic identity, corporate details, and work contact emails when reserving consults.
• Reservation Slots: Session bookings are subject to availability. SOT reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reject appointments for any reason.
• No Client-Attorney or Fiduciary Relationship: Strategy sessions provide general advisory frameworks and prioritization guidance. They do not constitute binding engineering, financial, or regulatory implementations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design system, layout, formulas, and intellectual properties on this website are owned exclusively by Strategy of Things LLC:

• SOT Reference Model™: All rights, titles, and interests in the SOT AI Portfolio Prioritization Reference Model, frameworks, scoring models, and templates remain strictly SOT property.
• Limited License: Users are granted a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, read, and reference model details for internal corporate planning only. You may not replicate, resell, publish, or build derivative products from SOT IP.

4. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree to use the portal only for lawful business scheduling. You must not:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or extract structural schemas of the site or integration tools.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or malicious calendar reservations or information.
• Introduce viruses, bots, or automated crawlers that overload or disrupt the hosting environment.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ADVISORY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. STRATEGY OF THINGS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE TARGETS OR STABILITY OUTCOMES.

SOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSSES OR BUSINESS DISRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE ADVISORY SERVICES OR PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS.

6. Modifications

SOT reserves the right to amend these Terms or update the advisory pricing/structures at any time. Your continued use of the booking features following modifications confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
